Upfront Fee: £1,000 (One-Off)
This fee covers a comprehensive 10-day Onboarding Phase, including:
- Detailed target market analysis
- One-to-one strategy training
- Introduction to your dedicated Account Manager
- Creation of campaign assets (scripts, messaging templates, and outreach materials)
- Set-up of your weekly accountability call
- Assistance with CRM, email, and phone system configuration
- Data cleansing and enrichment

With PerformanceFlow, we typically schedule an average of 8–12 completed discovery meetings per month. This performance-based model is designed to deliver a steady stream of quality meetings, enabling you to replace lost revenue or expand your client base as needed.
Unlike traditional models with fixed monthly fees, PerformanceFlow is entirely performance-based. You pay only for the meetings that actually take place – not for leads generated or merely booked meetings.
The client is responsible for providing the data required for the campaign. However, if you need assistance, we can supply enriched target lists at an additional fee.
Invoicing occurs on the 26th of each month. You are billed for the meetings that took place in that month, ensuring a clear and tangible performance structure.
PerformanceFlow operates under a 12-month Service Level Agreement (SLA). The contract is fixed for 12 months, after which you may decide on further engagement.
If you require a higher volume of meetings – such as 20–25 per month – then our CloseFocus service is the better option, offering a managed sales solution with a higher meeting volume.
Our team directly contacts each business owner by phone to assess key qualification criteria. This includes understanding the size of their team, estimated annual turnover, and identifying their main areas for improvement—such as enhancing time management, boosting team productivity, or increasing overall revenue. Common goals we encounter during this process include the need for targeted team training or support in preparing their business for a successful exit.
