The client is responsible for providing the data required for the campaign. However, if you need assistance, we can supply enriched target lists at an additional fee.

How does invoicing work?

Invoicing occurs on the 26th of each month. You are billed for the meetings that took place in that month, ensuring a clear and tangible performance structure.

What is the service term?

PerformanceFlow operates under a 12-month Service Level Agreement (SLA). The contract is fixed for 12 months, after which you may decide on further engagement.

What if I want more than 8–12 meetings per month?

If you require a higher volume of meetings – such as 20–25 per month – then our CloseFocus service is the better option, offering a managed sales solution with a higher meeting volume.

How do you qualify the discovery meetings?

Our team directly contacts each business owner by phone to assess key qualification criteria. This includes understanding the size of their team, estimated annual turnover, and identifying their main areas for improvement—such as enhancing time management, boosting team productivity, or increasing overall revenue. Common goals we encounter during this process include the need for targeted team training or support in preparing their business for a successful exit.
